The days of having to wear a temporary for weeks in order to get your crown are over. Most cases can now be done in just one visit. Not only does this save time for patients, but no more gooey impression material needs to be used. Your tooth would be imaged using CAD/CAM technology and then milled right here in the office. No more second visit. This is especially nice for people who are visiting and end up having a dental emergency and do not have an option to wait weeks for their crown or filling to be made.
